The project is implemented by the Terra Association in collaboration with the Vida Association for helping addicts and Oaza Association for the homeless and socially disadvantaged persons.
The project is funded by the European Union program European instrument for Democracy and Human Rights (EIDHR) Country Based Support Scheme (CBSS) 2001.
The contest is seeking proposals for projects of small civil society organizations that gather the following target groups: homeless persons, women, national minorities, LGBT persons, addicts and persons infected with "stigmatising" diseases (hepatitis, HIV). The main objective of initiative is to enable the achievement of well-defined proposals that have a direct impact on improving the rights and quality of life of target groups. Types of eligible activities should include the protection, respect and promotion of human rights of targeted groups.
